I did not know the British one before, but in Spain there were at least two: Sagasta, by a terrorist opposite a library in a centrical street of Madrid, and Luis Carrero Blanco, by ETA during the transition to democracy, in 1973.

shot and killed by john bellingham
"a merchant called John Bellingham who was seeking government compensation for his business debts. Perceval's body lay in 10 Downing Street for five days before burial. Bellingham gave himself up immediately. Tried for murder, he was found guilty and hanged a week later."
