When you are at work, you should be....."working"! If you think that you have free time, then you need to search for or request from your employer what your employer wants you to do with your free time. I would suggest looking for ways and methods to improve your "customer service" abilities and knowledge. There must be something that you don't know that you could learn.

Spending what you call "free time" playing around on the company's computer is normally a violation of employment policy and will get you fired. All smart employers monitor computer use.

Are you the boss? Because if you're not, then consider that your employer is watching and knows how you spend your time via your computer. So if it's not work related you probably shouldn't be doing it at work....

Being on the computer for extended periods isn't great on your eyes either, I noticed your Avitar wears glasses.... make sure you give your eyes a meaningful break from the computer screen each hour focus on things much further away and make sure your monitor is adjusted to a soft tone.
