Well he found out why Voldemort is still alive, and he may have to die in order to kill Voldemort and rid the magical world of his evil. Remember the cruxes, well Harry didn't die and I don't know if a person could be a crux but maybe he is. It could have been a ruse to throw people off like Peter Pettigrew turned himself into a rat so that no one would know that he was working for Voldemort. I hope she doesn't kill him but it might be necessary to bring about a balance.

Oh and I don't necessarily think that Snape intentionally killed Dumbledore. Remember that Snape Promised Draco's Mom that he wouldn't be harmed because Voldemort was trying to use him but didn't care if he lived or died. Snape made a pact. But I still don't like Snape he's a jerk.

For some reason I think it will be Hermione, not Harry. I have always envisioned Harry taking over from Dumbledor when he got older since they say he is such a powerful wizard. I'm sure we will all be surprised at how it ends. I couldn't believe it when Snape killed Dumbledor. I was not expecting that.

harry potter won't die... he'll just lose his limbs and the ability to reproduce in the final battle against his sworn enemy, ron weasley 2000... the evil red haired witch sent from the future to kill john conner.

I hope not..That will completely ruin the series...However, I do understand why Rowling would want to kill him off--so that no new author could start up a follow-up series when she died.

Somehow, I think that Ron/Hermione/Lupin or one of the Weasley's will die..

I would rather him die than Hermione or Ron die. If Harry died there will definitely be no more books on him.
