Excellent question. My biggest regret is not showing enough appreciation to my Mother and Father for raising me right and giving me a home of love. The older I get(62 now), the more I realize I had an awesome upbringing. My second biggest regret is not helping my son more to further his education. I pushed but I didn't really help.

I don't have regrets. All the "bad" choices I have made have been learning expierence. There is no point in looking back to the past if your just going to beat yourself up about it. Ask youself, "What could I have done to make this expierence better?" then apply the answer to your present problems. Do not be ashamed of mistakes, thus making them crimes...
