MBA = Masters in Business Administration.

BA = Bachelor of Arts
MA = Master of Arts

BSc = Bachelor in Science
MSc = Master in Science

PhD = Doctor of Philosophy

They are abbreviations of University Degrees, which you are entitled to add after your name if you have been successful in obtaining such degrees.
