Activation energy.

Think about it:
Enzymes make reactions happen more easily.

If something is easier, it requires less energy.

Free energy is energy in the environment, entropy is the disarray/randomness/chaos in the environment, and change in free energy is just a measure of how much energy is lost to the environment. None of those things have anything at all to do with making a reaction happen more easily.

That only leaves activation energy, which is the energy required to make a reaction happen. If a reaction happens more easily, then activation energy must, by definition, be lower.
