i am already handsome but i want to become more handsome and dashing just like my parents .

drinking lots of water do wonders to your skin
drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water daily
eating organic food keeps your body in shape which make u look handsome and dashing lol

You need to stop worrying about you appearance and look at the whole picture of how you present yourself. I don't care how "dashing" someone is, if they came up to me and used English the way you do, I would lost all respect for them the minute they open their mouth. with the food which eat? what the heck is that?

Well, if what you mean is that you want to become more handsom by improving your body, try eating lots of high protein foods such as chicken breasts, tuna, steak, etc. Try to add in some high quality carbs as well such as potatoes, bread, cereal, etc.
But if what you mean is you want to improve your facial appearance by eating food, well then you are out of luck.

Food is not help in this case but if you really want to be more hadsome just ask your parents.But you just say to people for you are handsome and i think you can not be more handsome.

I think that eating anything from a box or fast food restaurant would deteriorate your looks. Eat only natural or organic.
