Bremmer singlehandedly created the insurgency through De-Baathification and the dissolution of the military. Albeit Tenet was under pressure to create an IEA about Iraq, a country which the CIA had little concern for, but that doesn't justify accepting intel from any random Iraqi National Congress crank as Gospel. Both messed up. Both were rewarded. Why?

They liberated Iraq from an evil dictator. Then, the other statements are legitimate because the army loyalty will be question. I would have held them as POWs for a long time. Then, I sounding like you as the Monday Afternoon Quarterback after the big game.
