First of all, be legal. Second, have lived as legal resident for a certain length of time -- normally five years, but just three for the spouse of a citizen. Third, have passed a citizenship test. Fourth, have agreed to take a loyalty oath.

They have to to an immigration class and take a test for there citizenship, Lots of history questions, and law questions.

apply at age 18, take the test, live in the US for 5 years, keep a steady job, keep a clean criminal record, take the oath of loyalty.

be able to apply for state aid without help. apply for grants, be able to speak fluently in javanese,mexican,or rap.be able to body pop at the first opportunity.oh and recite two sentences in english, have you any change,or give me the bag. LF
