You can probably put it in a dog carrier under your seat on the plane and take it with you.

Diana W. is right. Find an experienced pet sitter. Go to your vet and ask, or there may be a bulletin board at the vet office. Leave a detailed note for the pet sitter or your cousin about medical issues and things to watch for, diet necessities, etc.
You can find online a list of foods/vegetables that are good for guinea pigs and also that are poisonous so that your cousin knows.
Dont travel with your guinea pig. Travelling is very strressful on them even in a car. To go in a plane then be in a strange place for a month will be way too stressful. Keep your pigs best interest in mind and just find a great person to care for him while youre gone.

Whoever you find to take care of her give them a detailed list of instructions. Feeding times, items, how and when to clean the cage. How to play with her. Your vets number and leave some money just in case it has to go to the vet or needs supplies. Find someone very reliable and then find a back up just in case things don't work out. Have a nice trip! Oh and one more thing, have them practice in front of you that way you can help and guide them through anything they don't know or are not comfortable doing. Good luck!

I am sure she will be fine. Take a picture of her and take it with you to help you.
