I need to know a scientific or Spiritual meaning of laughing while you're asleep it happened to me

If you are dreaming something funny or just plain happy that is a good reason to laugh.

That is so strange, this happened to me yesterday and this morning I couldn't figure out what was so funny in my sleep. I just woke up in hysterics, I would like to know the answer to this also.

their really is no reason for laughing, it just happens when your body finds something that you like. It can be different for other people, like one person will laugh at rainbows and another will laugh at something evil.
