] chief representative to Ho Chi Minh City Michel Le Galle said after 12 years, French-Vietnamese bilingual classes at schools in Viet Nam attracted nearly 17,000 students, including 3,200 in Ho Chi Minh City. There are 533 teachers of those classes with 104 located in Ho Chi Minh City."

overland is tedious and tiring , time ingesting with little or no to do , into cambodia the prevalent routes are sinoukville ( coastline, ) phnom phen and as much as siam gain for ankor wat, then street to poipet and into thailand ( 15 days for a land crossing ), then its many times into bangkok if u are headed south to the islands, or north if u want chiang rai , mai pai nan for hills atmosphere and trekkin
