] chief representative to Ho Chi Minh City Michel Le Galle said after 12 years, French-Vietnamese bilingual classes at schools in Viet Nam attracted nearly 17,000 students, including 3,200 in Ho Chi Minh City. There are 533 teachers of those classes with 104 located in Ho Chi Minh City."
