Greater. a lightbulb has a fixed resistance R

V = RI
I = V/R

So doubling the voltage will double the current.

Probably less because chances are it will burn out the filament ;)

But yes, all things being equal, doubling the voltage with a fixed resistance will yield approximately double the current (and light, and heat...)
