I would choose cancer, because it is harder to prevent and I think it affects more people than aids. Don't know for sure though.

Definitely cancer. Although HIV is an awful disease, there are drugs now that can control it, and a pretty normal life can be led. Even though some cancer can be controlled to an extent, death from cancer is inevitable. Cancer also affects many more people, including many children.

Actually, cancer and HIV CAN both be cured by the same technology. Electromedicine is the real answer to many of the ills unsuccessfully treated by modern pharmeceuticals. Google "Don Croft Zapper" for details.

HIV. Cancer isn't contagious, can be "cured" already and is a natural part of being mortal. HIV is a virus and a parasite and doesn't have the right to "live".

Cancer. There is no why or how to the way most cancer develops. AIDS can be prevented through abstinence.
