Not with any standard USB cable ... no.
Do not try that ... you risk frying the ports and/or mainboard.

There are cables with USB connectors on each end that have circuitry built in for PC to PC communication.

You can with a Crossover Ethernet Cable

I'm not sure if you can with a usb cord

Don't do this or even try this. If the way to connect two computer was that easy we would all do it. Go and but a ether-net cable and connect that way.
