Obama is losing clout. He is showing that he doesn't understand foreign policy. He is showing weakness by doing things like bowing to Saudi kings and Japanese emperors. He is missing opportunities by not showing up in places like Germany to commemorate the Berlin wall coming down. This is a retread of Jimmy Carter all over again...
