I am going to prove to you that God has not contacted humans yet.
I agree that a God would allow humans to have free will (something that many religions and parents forget) so don't tell me that my reasoning eliminates free will.
While God should allow free will he also is expected to act in ways consistent with the Highest Wisdom of all...Isn't he?
We say of parents that they know their children so well that they can even read their minds and predict how they would act in many situations. We are "God's children" (even if we reject him) Aren't we? ... the same as the Devil is still an Angel (of the fallen kind).
So God must have a pretty good knowledge of Human nature he must have known that there would have been many 'false' prophets invoking his name and many more misled foll

God should have known that all religions would as a matter of fact declare themselves, individually, to be the True One.
What a wise, all knowing God, would have done to differentiate His truly True message from the rest? He would have been an Equal Opportunity God. He would have sent his message the same day to all corners of the earth, to all ethnic groups, in an equally clear language. One single Divine message sent in a burst to all inhabitants of the Earth. Basically A TOUGH ACT TO FOLLOW BY FALSE PROPHETS. This would not pre determine allegiance of all people the this Truly True message, free will would remain a possibility.
Instead of this we have over time, many prophets appearing to completely different ethnic groups, and following this, wars and hatred. This is proof that God has so far not manifested himself and there is no rea

To Hill: "he sends missionaries to all parts of the earth"...so ...most religions do that has not prevented massive hatred and confusion that's part of the problem. There has not been an Equal Opportunity message delivered to All Humanity at Once that's my point. God should have known about all the "competition" and prevent massive hatreds and wars by acting responsibly.

Reminds me of the time when I was a thirteen year old. My parents started going to a pentacostal church and drug me along. The minister went into his bible thumping and said god has come to me and I know those who have sinned and if you don't kneel down and give your life to god I will point you out. As a thirteen year old, I was terrified. Was he going to say in front of everyone that I masturbated while having lustful thoughts about the girl who sat next to me in class....When I think back, it was nothing more than mind games. Everyone has sinned based on the rules given by "God"....Even the bible shows that "God" has been more responsible for human death and suffering than satan. I don't like what you are doing, so I'll flood the earth. I don't like your behavior so I will bring death and destruction to Sodom and Gomorrah, etc. etc., etc.
The whole concept of religion is to control people and make them behave a certain way in order to reach heaven or better yet to not suffer after death

As parents do for their children and without having any choice, it is letting go of them and watching them grow into adults for the next generation. Well the creator did the best to give humanity this planet, this life and all the knowledge that is needed to survive. Why should proof be needed, of the existence of God, there is enough proof of the love that is there for us, by creating the oceans, the minerals, nature and all the necessities we need are provided, if you know that fire burns your skin painfully, the brain reacts and memorizes this action, so you are knowledgable about the next time, when you come close to a flame. Instructions are not needed in order to know what is logical and correct and especially how you react to what is the right decision to make, wrong is learnt beahviour of how it felt to be mean, angry, hurtful. Our actions predict our decisions and who we have chosen to be. Life is not responsible for holding our hand and guiding us to the right path of happiness, that lies with us and us alone. I am convinced that the creator is watching and judging and deciding what to do with certain human beings,. who have a desire and want the power and control that the creator has and that is the sad truth, Earth and life has nothing to do with the situation that the world's people are experiencing and facing today.

I'm sorry you feel the way you do towards God. I believe in an "equal opportunity God" because He sends missionaries to every part of the world to spread His love. Yes, he did know what human nature was and gave us free will to do what we want, but that's only because He wants you to choose Him over worldly things through faith, grace and love.
As far as the people who commit crimes in His name, they're extremists (similar to the Muslims who go on jihads for their faith); every faith has them, but it doesn't make what they are doing right.
I know my soap-box answer will probably not change your mind, but I would urge you to try church, and find one that works for you. If you want, you can schedule appointments to speak with ministers/pastors/priests/etc. who can talk with you about your questions on God in more depth than I could. But I do hope that you find what you're looking for.

The Church are the sheep & the Lord is their sturdy Shepherd. We assemble mutually to praise & worship God and to hearken to & listen the know God preached. it really is likewise written that if 2 or more effective agree & pray for something as touching it, the daddy God will answer their prayer. And to disciple one yet another. till the fulness of the body of Christ is presented in. also we are inspired to no longer forsake the assembly mutually, exceptionally even as the Day (Age of Christ) is nearing. Church is for the Pastor to evangelise to the congregation who're sitting in pews or chairs, etc... faith comes by potential of listening to & listening to a know Christ / God. And so Church is for the congregation & for the upward thrust of the body of Christ. for sure the congregation & those minstering are both significant. and likewise to evangelise the sturdy information of Christ Kingdom to all countries.

It all comes down to "Faith". and you yourself know about Free Will, you chose to believe in what you feel to be true. everyone wants they're to be a "higher place" if you will, but the truth is.... no one has got it right. all organized religions are so self-righteous to admit that no one knows the truth and no one is better than another. So you're saying that God didn't follow your logic or reasoning...therefore he hasn't contacted humanity yet? So...you think you know better then God...or you think you are God? Whew....amazing.
God has been in contact/communication with human beings since he created us. He has never ceased! He is not bound by our finite reasoning, our imperfect sense of justice, love or mercy. He is omnipotent and cannot be understood by our minds...only by our souls.
