Bright coloured raincoats are very in at the moment and I have a seen a lovely green mac in Dorothy Perkins.

Wal-Mart or Target should have an excellent selection for that rainy day. Here in Georgia its one hell of a rainy day. I might follow my own advice. Hope it helps.
