That's a broad question. Antigone is at odds with most of the characters in the play, because she wants a decent burial for her brother. The king, Creon, claims that her brother doesn't deserve a decent burial, and wants to let the body rot in the sun. Antigone rails against the blind devotion to rules, and lets Creon know exactly how she feels. She's willing to risk her own life to bury her brother.
The subplots deal with Antigone's relationship with her sister, boyfriend, and nurse. All of them urge her to toe the line and play by the rules, because they love her, and don't want her to die.
That's a very simple, "down and dirty" answer, but if you've read the play, you'll understand what I'm talking about. If you haven't read the play, and this is a homework assignment that's due tomorrow, you're in deep trouble.
