and someone has called the cops as one of the guys broke a pallet and hit the other guy in the head. when the cops come do i have to give a statement because i don't speak spainish and i have no idea what the fight was about?
note: i am not being racist i really don't speak spainish and that is what they were yelling in.

More than likely the cops will speak English and you will be asked to give a statement if you witnessed any of it. My advice to you is get out of there. Also just a side note: Even though the men fighting might have been yelling at each other in Spanish it doesn't mean that they don't speak English too.

You just have to tell them what you saw, prolly. They will understand (hopefully) that you didn't understand what was being said if it was in a langwage you didn't know.
