I don't know but the best place to live for a normal person in South Africa is Cape Town ,food Franschoek the most beautiful place Clarens or the Drakensburg and the safest Graff- Reinett
Rather come and stay in South Africa

I suggest Kalorama, or perhaps Cleveland Park, both home to the historically richest Washingtonians.

hington DC then it would have to be Potomac, MD or close to Dupont Circle in DC. Both are very pretty and expensive.
