The clothes that say don't tumble-dry do so for a reason: The fiber is delicate and will shrink or stretch out from where it is supposed to be.

But there are plenty of clothes that can be tumble-dried with no trouble at all. You just have to be ready to snag them out when the dryer stops so they won't get wrinkled.

Socks (but not wool socks), you wouldn't want to tumble bras anyway, knickers are dodgy some stretch some don't, Tshirts or anything knitted cotton will go all wide on you - No I guess there aren't many clothes you can safely tumble dry. Woven cottons are your best bet, shirts are fine.

If you cant be bothered to check the labels on your cloths, then put the lot in, if it fits you still afterwards, then it OK to tumble dry.

I would be lost without my drier.I buy clothes that I can dry in it.I hate ironing so it does the job.Tip for jeans with this weather I dry mine on the radiator making sure theres no creases have up to now not needed to iron them.Get one then you will wonder how you managed without one.

I`d be lost without mine!!

Some clothes you can get away with tumling on a low heat.

Never put anything made form wool in them!!!

I does shrink so just be aware. Mind you It gives my jeans a good tight fit.

Generally all cottons will dry fine. Some woollens and delicates will shrink/be ruined but the bulk of your washing- bedding, towels etc are fine.
