After much digging, calling VW directly as well as Crispin Porter + Bogusky (where the people there are very thick headed, by the way and apparently no one is at their phone) and having a slight emotion break down over this (because quite frankly, I'm just as curious as you are) I found nothing... except that she is refered to as Helga and I've included some links about her below.
