I cant find it anywhere on the website

There's probably a phone number on the back of the card. Call that number.

There should be a phone number on the back of your card. Call that and they will give you directions and prompt you to give the serial number of your card (also on the back of your card) and it will tell you how much you have left. Hope this helps!
