Are this motor and frame compatible?

If by "compatible" you mean "will it just bolt up?" the answer is no. You will have to do a lot of work to fit that engine to the KZ frame.

Can it be done? Sure. All it will take is time and money. By the time you're done you will have spent enough money and effort to have bought a ZX9R AND a KZ 650. And some other stuff besides.

And the first time you try to ride this thing the power of the ZX9R engine will bend the KZ frame into a pretzel.

That said - when you're done with this thing it could be pretty cool. You'll definitely be the only kid on your block riding one. But be sure you're aware of what you're getting into here - it's not like the TV shows where guys order stuff out of catalogs and bolt it together while yelling at each other. Real custom bike building is a lot of work.

And it can be a lot of fun too.

Bob has told you right, it would be a huge project, and I might add one for only a very experienced mechanic. You would need not only the Kaw engine, but, the entire wiring harness with computor and other various controll boxes. I don't know off the top of my head if the Kaw is fuel injected, but, if it is you will also need the tank as it has a built in fuel pump. Engine transplants on cars are fairly common, but, very rare with bikes. Even if you did pull it off, you'ld only have some ill designed mongrel bike. It would be much easier to replace the stock engine, Kawasaki made a **** pile of those things.

The difficult part is matching the chain drive up so the engine will ballance in the frame. You will have to alter things quite a bit.
