Best way? Action speak louder than words. You should go and enjoy real life more than staying home and using your laptop. Make yourself busy with work and other things. Don't expect too much from yahoo answers. You can come and check thing once a while.

start sudoku. now I spend my evenings going back and forth between the 2. Also, pick up on the black nail polish trend. they get chipped a lot so you'll have to take a half hour every few days away from the computer to repaint.
Another one is to tell your friends. that way when they call you up to see what your doing, they'll say "never mind, you're probably answering". Then you'll feel ashamed and actually go out of the house for a few brews with them.

Disconnect your internet provider. If this would not artwork, get rid of your pc. If this nonetheless does not artwork, chain your self to a chair or something merely so which you will not pass to the library to get admission to the internet.
