Never heard of that one. Try 'start' 'search' then type in system tools then click search. The search may find where it is in your PC

Something e.g. virus, other user etc has deleted the contents of the folder try a system restore to the last time you used it but I would advise a full virus scan and adware scan first.

Click start then run type in sfc/scannow have windows disc ready.
