That should be enough. At my shower i got 1-2 outfits or just little things from everyone. If you want to spend a little more I suggest diapers. There will probably be ppl giving her diapers in newborn size so go one or two sizes up. I got loads of diapers, and they lasted forever. I had some in every size and it really helped save money for other things I needed for the baby. The other really great thing about it is everyone buys different brands, so she can find the one she likes best through elimination without spending a lot of money. Like my daughter does best in Huggies, they really cut down on diaper rash, where other brands seemed to cause it or make it worse. She probably has a good idea on what brand to use from her other kids, but every baby is different. So if the usual brand doesn't work she has a way of finding one that does.

What you have done so far should be plenty for you to give. There's no reason for you to break the bank over this. They will be getting a lot of clothes, sometimes more clothes than they actually use. Therefore, the sizing is very important. Most people tend to buy "newborn" sizes, but....as they are only in that size for a Very Short time, it's usually wise to buy sizes in the 6 - 9 month or 9 - 12 month range.
If you just want to get something else, you could go for a little basket of "goodies" like rattles, teething rings, wash cloths, etc.

It is really up to you. That is enough if that is all you want to give; I think a grateful person is appreciative of any and all gifts, but I try in all holiday or event situations to give people gifts that I would want. And with baby showers, I try to give something that can really be used! Everybody does clothes, so I suggest DIAPERS!! That is a gift that when I was a new mother I was ELATED to get!
Babies grow out of clothes quickly, but things like diapers, powder, similac, etc are things you are going to need continually. SO, try toiletries, diapers, or a gift card! With twins, she's going to need it!

Diapers and wipes can never use to many with having twins she's going to be going through twice the amount she would with one so she is going to need them. Baby shampoo, but cream, spit up rags, she should have most of this still with the 1 year old but shes still going to need them. Offer to babysit and help, with three in diapers she will need all the help she can get. And of course outfits baby cloths are so cute. Her other three are not boys she will need boy cloths big time.

Since she already has 3 kids you don't need to get her much--more of a token the welcome the babies. She has all the gear but probably not any boy type clothes--and certainly not for twins. So maybe just add another set of boy style outfits and call it a day.
It used to be that showers were only held for the 1st child.

What you got was great .She is going to need Diapers and a lot of them for 2 on the way. You can also get her a gift card for what ever she needs that she did not get from the shower. Maybe $25. If you can afford it.

Diapers! Have you seen those "diaper cakes"? You take diapers out of the package and roll each diaper up and tie a ribbon around it. You stack the diapers in layers on some kind of round cake platter (either buy a cheap one or make one). Then, you decorate the top...They are really cute and then they can also use the diapers..

This is an excellent question. My husband and I just had our first baby's shower, and We got lots of caps, and onesies, These are wonderful gifts because babies go through a lot of onesies, and they out grow there clothing soooo fast. so since your not really close to this girl, you can also buy little tiny things, like baby wash cloths, baby socks, things like that. we got lots of clothing for our son, and we loved it.
also if your really stumped, get a gift certificate for Baby's R Us, (toys R us) that way the amount can go towards something they may need. just a few suggestions.

I would think that it's enough but if you decide to use something else, I would check to see if she has a baby registry. That is usually a great guide to see what the baby needs and you can choose what you can buy based on your budget. If she doesn't have one, diapers (pampers swaddlers) are always a great way to go. I would recommend that you stay away from breast pumps.

Since the mom to be will be receiving many gifts, what you are giving her is quite enough. You could top the gift wrapping off with a rattle or some other baby toy that would be appropriate.
