Why not, after all employees (mostly freshers) too have a responsibility towards their respective companies which might have spent a lot of time and money towards their orientation in the company/particular industry. After all the company too would expect the employee to give back something to it,in return. By means of the Bond, the company is ensuring the legal-fulfilment of the above, about which the employee is made to realise in the very beginning of joining it with open eyes .

Bond means, yes, MNC's can take a legal action...
And infact about it is written in bond also.

I don't think MNCs will evevr get in to that rut. They want to keep their right to hire and fire. As long as it is an agreement between 2 parties, then one can take legal action.
