Stereotyping means you don't have to think, and since humans seem to be predisposed to always taking shortcuts and the easy way out, I don't think it can be eliminated. The best you can do is keep an open mind yourself.

Well I don't believe in "labelling" or "pigeonholing" anyone and I don't do it to others so I ask them not to do it to me. I also hate the word "stereotype" because I don't look anything like a seventies music system!

I hate stereotypes, People are beautiful individuals and should dress how they feel good.
some people just want to fit in with the herd.
You have to really want something before it becomes true.
