I find I have to go to bed early so that I have more chance to totally unwind before I fall asleep. As for getting up, when I worked for a supermarket and had to get up at 4.30 in the morning, I put my kettle on a timer in my room. And a light. The lights would come on, my kettle would boil and I would get up and make my tea.
Try avoiding all caffeine after 5 at night, by the way.

Go to bed at the same time each day. Don't eat a meal or exercise for a few hours before going to bed. Make the bedroom dark, quiet, and warm (not hot). Your bed and bedding must be comfortable.
Get up the same time each day. Set an alarm and get up as soon as it goes off - no extra snooze time.
Do all this on work days and non-work days.
If you do this for long enough you will train your body and mind to get into a routine.

a good way to get to sleep is to try not to think about anything when your trying to sleep. but i wouldnt reccomend staying up a whole day then you will sleep the through the whole next day. as for waking up i have the exact same problem i tried 1 alarm, 2 alarms, even 3 alarms. what might work is to get a timer for a lamp and have it turn on right when you need to wake up. sold at any hardware store, even WalMart, not too expensive.

By doing the one thing that is even more difficult: Go to bed earlier in the evening.

Seriously, I don't know how old you are but teenager's sleeping needs and habits change, much to the frustration of their parents, and their own.

This is a sure fire thing: Drink 12 ounces of water RIGHT BEFORE you are going to sleep. You will HAVE to GET UP to go.... Just make sure you drink the water rigth before you go to sleep, other wise you will have to go constanly beofre you fall asleep.

a good strategy to making yourself get out of bed every morning is to put your alarm clock across the room. that way, when you want to shut it off you have to actually get out of bed... then the rest is up to you.
