until the last minute! He gets bonus points for not waiting until the 12th and realizing that Valentines day was two days away---wow--2 weeks in advance and he's making a plan--he's a keeper!

Anyway--I have a 17 month old, so we can't go out. So he called last night and said he'd be taking care of the entree--so I offered to come up with a dessert. Now, I'm not looking for something difficult just to impress him, I'm looking for something delicious! Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance for your help!

Chocolate covered fruit, strawberries, marshmallows anything that you think would be good in Chocolate. You do the dipping and licking .. Yummy and fun all at the same time.

Prepare the fruit in advance and then just melt the chocolate right before you do the dipping!

You can make instant chocolate pudding and then fold in cool ship after it sets. Go to Target and find some heart shapes bowls/dishes to put it in and drizzle some cherry juice over it. Simple, tasty, and very light and fluffy on the tongue...and you 17 month old will like it too!

Good luck and good love
