this isnt hard but its not simple either....first got to motorola.com and look for the download section for phones...you have to really look...its suppose to be free and they really make it hard to find so i would suggest you do like i did and buy it for 19.99 from them...once you got that now you need a micro sd adapter [20.00 from radio shack] make sure its a reader and writer adapter for phones...once you have this all you have to do is insert your memory card from the phone into the adapter and start downloading but make sure your files are mp3 not mwv files.thats it ...i hope you enjoy it .

u can buy motorola phone tools from the motorola website or create ringtone <~~~~ (google it ) and they both work i kno cuz i have them both

You can get them by bluetooth from other phones or devices.
