There is no educational requirement to be a socialite, in fact many of the currently famous socialites aren't smart at all. Think Paris Hilton, Nicole Ritchie, etc. However, it is an absolute requirement of socialite status that you be rich. Consider Paris Hilton, again. If she wasn't loaded, she would merely be a promiscuous drunkard.

Socialites are people who group together and exclude others as NOKD (Not Our Kind, Dear).

You need a group, you need outsiders who want to get in, and money. Degrees optional.

They don't teach that stuff in school! You need to be rich, blonde, ditzy, party a LOT and show off personal parts of your body any chance possible.
