I have a 1965 cutlass but it has know engine it had a 330ci and I was wondering if I could somehow make so it could support a 350ci without having to buy a new transmission, by just changing the parts in the inside.

Depending on how much you wnat to spend, you can replace the inrternals with beefier components or you can buy a specially-built drop-in transmission designed just for the purpose you have. A lot of trans specialty companies make retrofit trannies that bolt in and are much stronger than the old units. You'll also find that operation is better and mileage is much greater than the stock gearbox.

The trany can be beefed up, but are you talking about a 350 Buick
or Chevrolet engine?
The trany that you have is most likely what's referred to as a B.P.O. version (Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile)
The Chevrolet engine's use a different bolt pattern on the bell housing.
There are B.P.O.C. versions out there but they are rare, meaning that it has both the B.P.O. and Chevrolet bolt patterns on it.
