A mothers job is to make sure the children get well cared for, at the same time keeping the house clean and making sure kids are clean clothed and well fed.
It also lays in a mothers duty to place children roles to help out in the household for pocket money or treats in return. This could be from helping lay the table to making their own beds.

Do you mean "Mother" as in mentor. In some organisations (with far too many recently qualified MBAs and too much time on their hands) allocate all new personnel a mentor, a role which they assign the name "Mother". Depending on experience and years in service, the mentor may even be promoted to Grandmother (??).
I heard that this is how Richard & Judy met - she being his Mother at whatever TV station they commenced their lucrative, media savvy partnershi.....I mean romance - so do be careful you may end up incredibly rich with your own chat show, but with the downside being that you will have to be arressted outside Tescos' for shoplifing , and then talk about it endlessly for years until even a sex-addicted Presidents' eyes glaze over.
On the other hand you probably don't mean that at all...

Your mother's job is to raise you to be a moral, ethical, productive and honest citizen. It's her job to make sure you have the best education possible so that when you become an adult you can make the proper choices.
