Here's the deal. 2 nights ago i noticed red spots on the head on my penis. They are still there and now around the base of the head it's a little red too. One looks as though it could be a small zit. The other places its just red. Only recent sexual contact was i recieved oral from a girl like 2 weeks ago...can some help me with ways to clear this up

The red spots sound like a yeast infection to me. Any good vaginal cream for yeast infections should clear up the problem in less than a week.

This is normal it will happen to many people. It happened to me when i was 14 it went away. If for some reason it doesn't see a doctor

Sounds like an allergy of some kind. Do you have any other kind of skin allergies to something?
Also, if you are NOT circumsized it could be that you washed-up and forgot to rinse. It may be a conincidence.
