If you sleep too much your metabolism may slow down even more. Thus, leaving you with less energy and depending on how much you eat could lead to weight gain. While sleep is essential it may cause headaches and laziness. The important thing to realize is that if you are sleeping too much there is an underlying cause which can be many things. Thyroid problems, depression..etc.Talk to your doctor asap.

yeh it'll make you feel lazyer. make you want to sleep more.
Get off your bottom and do something. You'll feel better.
