It is just you.
In fact people who have served in Iraq are the most likely to be the ones telling you that we are doing the right thing and you need to question the media's coverage of the war.

First, you are wrong. As an Iraqi War vet, I feel most of the "uneducated " people who support the war are probably showing support for the troops by using general terms. In small town America, where supposedly most "uneducated trash" come from, patriotism is expressed differently. Most of the modern day city dwellers are crying about what's wrong and right, and tend to leave the troops in a distant memory. Now days people are jumping on the Darfur wagon. If we helped Darfur, America and all it's Hippies would be crying the same story of how we are fighting a war for someone else. In all reality the pre-war situation in Iraq is mildly comparable to the Jewish hollocost. I say this, because I was there for the unearthing of one of the mass graves. The original intent for the war was crap, something needed to be done at that time. No one thought that the war was bull post 9/11 when Everyone was crying for blood. You sir are most likely what you call an arm chair quarterback.

I am not sure what a "non-military veteran" might be. The troops in Iraq believe in what they are doing, they don't get vocal about it because you can't while you are serving, either pro or con.
Of the retired military personnel I have read, most all of them supported the war, just not necessarily the way we fought it. And the war isn't the problem, it is over, and has been for a while. What we are caught up in at the moment is a policing action which is much more difficult.

I see that assertion different cases an afternoon on YA! What i come across maximum relaxing is that generally cases they're saying it to Vets who've already served in Iraq and Afghanistan. The prepare reflects an entire loss of appreciate to boot as an glaring lack of awareness. As on your different assertion i'm undecided that I accept as true with the characterizations there the two. i'm against lifetime entitlements, yet not all social courses are ineffective and not everybody who demands some advice does not comprehend the value of artwork. the actual factor right it fairly is that whilst the assertion to which you refer could disillusioned you, 2 wrongs do not make a real. continually try for the severe highway in all issues.

You're dead wrong, Pimp. I was in the Pearl Harbor attack, came back to Benning and got a commission, then fought my way in the front line infantry all the way 'till we met the Russians coming the other way in Czechoslovakia.
I did the whole war in the mud and blood. I don't know about you, but I am anything but uneducated trash. We had to make a response to the Trade Center attack. What would you have done ?
Come on, come up with an intelligent answer. Something that would let the creeps know that they can't murder thousands of our citizens without paying the price.
To me the ones objecting to the "war" are not the veterans, but the lousy cowards who would rather let the rag-heads destroy our whole country instead of fighting for it.
I'm real thankful that you're not representative of the bulk of the population.

It's just you. Sorry.
I'm college educated and from a family with several veterans going back to the American Revolution and we all supported removing Saddam from power. I lived on a military base for a few years and my future son in law is in the Navy. I planned on joining the Navy my former wife the Marines my back basically handicapped me and my previous wife was very gung ho about being a Marine so i supported her fully.
To say that "most" of the people supporting military action against Iraq are uneducated trash is narrow minded in itself and hardly belies an intellectual conclusion.

Well they do support the war and many people do. I didn't really decide if I wanted to support the war yet. Yeah lots of people do dress up camoflauge and good luck with your conflict. Darn I didn't read it right, no the veterans help in the war.
