i have a curved barbell in right rook and i need to take it out. my piercer said yesterday to twist off the top ball. im not sure which way to turn in, either way seems not to move. do i turn it twoard my face or back of the head?

If you twist right or left it should turn and once it twists you will be able to take it off.
