Are you cosigners on a loan? Why did you bring up the dog? Are you asking about divorce?

Unfortunately, there isn't an easy answer. You'll have to work out who gets what, and who pays what with your attorney. As for the dog, if one of you owned it before you were together, that person generally gets to keep the dog. If you acquired the dog while together, then you'll have to come to an agreement about him. Good luck!

If the house is in both of your names--you are both liable for it. As for the dog--who is it with the most?
