i am having this white discharge from my vagina and i have little pain around vagina and my lower back?

this has been happening since last two days and i feel like going to washroom all the time

Yeast infection and/or bladder-UTI infection. Definitely make a visit to the doc to get diagnosed and treated before it gets any further advanced. Good luck.

Could be a yeast infection but I am not a dr so make an apt to go see one today.

It seems like you have and infection, go see your doctor.
