Í'm a 17 yr old guy and my voice is still high pitched as in girly. somehow it doesn't change to a more harder voice. do any of you know what i should do?

Stop trying to rush mother nature. It's coming. A warning: While the change is happening you will sound like a rooster in the middle of a sentence and you won't be able to control it for a while.

i m 16,,,my voice is also high pitched,,
and u know what,,thats pretty good,,
well,,if u want a low pitched voice then i dunnooo
coz even i have a high pitched voice and i love it,,and i m a singer too,,

dont worry about it, mine didnt change until later and its still not that deep. Its not a big deal dude, its not like it makes you less of a man or anything and really won't affect your life in any negative way-honestly.

Make an appointment with your Doctor, who will probably hook you up with a endocrinologist.
He'll probably get you on hormone therapy if he thinks it's indicated.

I used to smoke blacks. It makes your voice deeper and makes you feel soo chilled.
