I mean do you have something you say alot...
For instance: I can't stop saying "shake n bake" and "I knnoowwww!!" and my best friend says "awesome" too much.

i always have a catchphrase, but it wears off and i pick up new ones all the time. I used to say 'i knowwww!!' all the time too, but at the moment im finding myself saying 'go for it' and referring to everything as 'sexy'. oh yeah and any time someone has been annoying me i say 'Burn' to them. thats not such a good one tho is it?? :P i say 'Hell yeah!!' a lot too, and 'Damn You', but only in a jokey way!! lol xx

Not now, but in highschool I had many - that rules, that's phat, they were all annoying - I even annoyed myself. My husband says hell yeah all the time which sounds so dumb. i'm not really a fan of catch phrases except for our old friend Barclay's who always says when asked how he is, "extremely wonderful" - it was kind of a warm fuzzy.
