I would have loved to play Cleopatra in cleopatra!
The answer to your why, is that when I had gone to my senior prom many years ago, my hair, clothes etc. were like cleopatra. Then when I got all my prom photos, everyone said you look just like cleopatra, even one of my teachers had a photo and showed it to everyone. Of course I loved it! Its a great memory for me.
