Just don't judge him on his size or performance but compliment him. He would think he can do it for hours, and he might if he is nervous, or might not get an errection if he is nervous. Don't put any sort of pressure that he has to do it, lead him to it and then like I said give him a few compliments. And if he finishes in 2 mins, assure him its normal and that you were satified and that would want to do it again. If he thinks like in the porn he can go for hours, he might be dissapponted. Shy guys are usually small. Thats the only reason I could think that he doesnt want to do it. If he is small don't laugh at him or make him feel any more insecure about his size than he already might feel. Or you could try telling him that his size doesn't matter to you and you'll love him regardless. You just need to be supportive and I'm sure he'll become more comfortable with the idea after he's sure you'll accept him.
