I am looking to stay at Neath, West Glamorgan and am going to see a Rugby match at the stadium so I wondered if this was feasible?

Yes, it's easy enough by train - it takes about 40 minutes. Depending on what time you're travelling, you might want to check the journey planner on http://www.traveline-cymru.org to make sure you won't be left stranded.

Yes, the stadium is right by the main train station in Cardiff, Cardiff Central, so you should be able to get a train there.

Alternatively, the stadium is also just a 2min walk from the main bus station in Cardiff, so if there's a bus you could get that. If you said where on the Glamorgan coast you were going, I could give more specific info.
