I've been using the Cox Communications anti-virus security suite for about a year and have never had a problem with it. Today I got a windows security error warning and this is what it says:

"This problem was caused by Authentium Security Firewall/Antivirus driver (grtdimon.sys)."

what do i do about this and what does it mean? Thanks for the help...

cheers,
Shauna!

I think your firewall has got expired.Either you turn off the virus scanner so that you dont get the error any more.I used to do it frequently...but the ultimate solution is to update it from wherever you got it.

It is a firewall. It might have been installed by Cox. I don't know.

Stop playing with Cox.
Update your drivers.
