a good recipie for ground hog? cause if he sees his shadow tommarow and we have 6 more weeks of this miserable winter, guess what is for dinner!!

I have a good one. Stuff the groundhog with celery, apple and water chestnut stuffing. Marinate in cod liver oil, with maple syrup and onions. Roast over an open fire until golden brown and crisp. Serve with lightly sauteed lizards and chicken liver, a beef tongue salad, and chocolate covered beatles. Had it last night for din din....didnt trust the lil bastar d to do the right thing and get us past this frigid season.....
