Can a guinne pig swim? I've never tried throwing one in water to see what would happen, nor am I going to try.

GOOD IDEA: try him in the bathtub. stay close and rescue him if need be. Don't try it for longer than 3 mins
BAD IDEA: at a lake side, toss a rubber ball, then yell FETCH and toss the guinea pig

they can swim in a little bit of water not too deep,but only for a short time, they will get tired

They can swim but they get tried very quickly.But my advice don't put them it any water at all but if you do decide to be sure the water isn't to deep.
